The Alchemist Method™ · Founded by Michelle Grady · Certified Toxicologist (Health Sciences Academy)
A structured method for every chapter of the cancer journey.
You don't have to figure this out alone.
This system was built for exactly this moment — wherever you are in it. One step is enough to start.
A cancer diagnosis generates information. It rarely provides clarity. The medical system tells you what is happening — it rarely tells you how to move through it, what questions to ask, what options exist, or what your body actually needs at each stage. That gap is exactly why this exists — and why it's built this way.
If you're here trying to figure this out right now — start here.
You don't have to understand everything tonight. Just take the next step.
If any of this is your life right now —
Keep going — you're in the right place. Whatever brought you here, it took something to arrive. You don't have to have this figured out. You just have to take the next step — and this page will show you what it is.
Find where you are. That's all. The next step will be obvious.
The medical system was not designed to guide people through cancer. It was designed to treat it. These are different functions. What most people receive is a diagnosis, a treatment protocol, and 15 minutes per appointment to absorb both.
What they do not receive: a framework for the decisions that happen between appointments. A way to read their own labs. A structured view of integrative options alongside conventional ones. A prevention strategy. A survivorship plan built around their actual biology.
That's what this system was built to give you — across every stage, wherever you are in this, whether you're the one diagnosed or the one who loves them.
What that looks like in practice — at every level of depth — is what the sections below show.
Or go straight to how to work with the method →I sat inside every one of these gaps. Not as a researcher — as someone living through it. That's why this system was built the way it was.
Every gap above has a direct answer. That's what the N·A·V·I·G·A·T·E Framework™ was built around.
Eight domains. Every one addresses something the medical system doesn't have time to cover. Together, they form the complete navigation map — for before, during, and after treatment. Every resource in this system is built on this framework. This is what you're actually getting access to.
"This framework applies wherever you are in this — new diagnosis, active treatment, survivorship, prevention. It is one system. And it's below."
Every offer below is built on this framework. You're already in the right place.
You already have more information than you know what to do with. What's missing is a way to move through it — to understand your labs, evaluate your options, walk into your appointments knowing what to ask, and make decisions with the full picture instead of a piece of it. That doesn't require a medical degree. It requires a system built for this exactly — and someone who built it from the inside.
Wherever you are in this — the day after diagnosis, months into treatment, or just refusing to wait — there's an entry point here that meets you. Everything is built in layers. You start where you are. You go as deep as your situation needs.
My husband was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma. I was not a toxicologist then. I was just his wife — terrified, overwhelmed, and completely lost in a system that handed us information but never once told us what to do with it.
I didn't know how to read his labs. I didn't know what questions to ask. I didn't know what options existed beyond what his oncologist presented. I sat in those waiting rooms like a deer in headlights — nodding, signing, hoping someone in that room knew more than I did about what was going to save him.
He died. And I was left holding what felt like an unsolved mystery. What did I miss? What could I have done differently? What did I not know that I should have known?
After he passed, I became a Certified Toxicologist — not to build a brand, but to understand. To protect myself. To protect my son Yahsir. To find the answers I didn't have when it mattered most, and to make sure his death meant something beyond our family's grief.
I didn't arrive here with expertise. I arrived with loss, with questions, and eventually — through study, functional medicine, and years of building — a few right choices that compounded into a system. The Alchemist Method is what I wish had existed when I needed it.
The toxicology credential and functional medicine training are why I could build this accurately. The room I sat in — lost, uninformed, and desperate — is why I couldn't not build it at all.
If you're done navigating this alone, that changes here.
I'm done navigating this alone →You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to start. Whatever brought you here — a diagnosis, a fear, a loss, a refusal to wait — that's enough. Take one step. The rest follows.
